Muslims in America

While searching in the youtube for a suitable video to be added I found some interesting ones about Ramadan and Muslims in the US ..
I chose the one that talks about the muslims in the US and their struggle to live and practice Islam there specially after the 11/9 events .I wanted to look to the part of the truth that was hidden from us since we are living here and having no idea about what muslims are going through there in the US.This video has some information about muslims living in the US.
After the 11/9 events muslims were verbally and physically abused. Some mosques were vandalised. In fact American muslims population is from 5-7 million the issue here is different than other musilm countries because they are minority so they need to get used to this fact .
Two people has been talking about how they found living there specially after the 11/9 .Safaa Zarzour was a Syrian teacher that become a principle to an Islamic school. He received a hate letter but he thought that it wouldn't change any thing because he thinks that this is a part of living in America.
Anther person ,was Dr Aminah Mcloud an expert in Islamic studies in American muslim community. She discussed one more problem which was that the muslim community was growing and they needed to build a mosque.Once they found a place which was an empty church they tried to buy it, but the township refused just because they are Muslims. It was considered as discrimination and objected to the court.
What I felt that it would help to reduce the amount of tension is to discuss every thing ,respect each others religions .There are some similarities and differences between religions to be understood and every one has the right to practice their religion. We don't have the right to despise people just because of their religion and this is a part of our religion .

The twin tower collapse doesn't affect only through the US Muslims life, but all Muslims universally.

What make me mad is when one of the women said that building a Muslim school is a nasty habit, while we are building many of American Schools and Universities. What a strange issue she is talking about! -_- This issue really reminds me by the resistance of white people for black people when they start joining the schools. They are very mean and selfish people.

I like the last speaker and how he gets across the question. And every one was hearing him without arguing. *Clap hands* :)
